Producing a medium-sized, brown skinned, globe shaped onion with a mild taste. Hunter River Brown is an excellent early variety that can be used for all kinds of recipes and cooked meals and stores very well.

Planting Advice	Sow thinly, 5mm deep in rows and keep moist. After harvesting leave onions on the ground for several days to cure then store in a cool, dry place.
