Sugarloaf Cabbage is a hardy and reliable conical shaped, sweet flavoured cabbage. They have a more agreeable flavour than other cabbages and are particularly nice as a salad green. It's a very early maturing and reliable vegetable that can be served cooked, mixed with other vegetables or used in a crunchy coleslaw. Harvest when the heads are firm and small.
