In-Home Plant Care Consultation
Terms & Conditions
By booking an In-Home Plant Care Consultation with All Green Nursery, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Overview
The In-Home Plant Care Consultation is a professional advisory service providing tailored guidance on plant health, positioning, care, and general maintenance. The consultation does not include landscaping, construction, or guaranteed outcomes.
2. Booking & Payment
Consultations are available by appointment only and subject to staff availability.
The standard consultation includes up to 2 hours on site.
The consultation fee must be paid prior to, or on the day of the visit, unless otherwise agreed.
Prices may vary depending on travel requirements.
Any additional time beyond the initial consultation will be charged at the advertised hourly rate.
3. Scope of Service
The consultation may include:
Assessment of plant health and growing conditions
Advice on positioning, light, watering, and care
General troubleshooting and maintenance guidance
Assistance moving pots (where safe and practical)
The consultation does not include:
Ongoing maintenance
Landscaping or construction work
Guaranteed plant survival or growth outcomes
All advice is provided based on visible conditions at the time of the visit.
4. Optional Add-On Services
Repotting, plants, potting mix, and materials are not included in the consultation fee and are charged separately.
Prices for additional services will be discussed and quoted on site.
A written follow-up summary may be provided for an additional fee, as advertised.
5. Access & Site Conditions
Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.
Any known hazards (pets, uneven surfaces, low lighting, etc.) must be disclosed prior to the visit.
All Green Nursery reserves the right to refuse or terminate a consultation if the environment is deemed unsafe.
6. Safety & Conduct
All Green Nursery has a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate behaviour.
Any inappropriate gestures, comments, or actions directed toward staff will result in immediate termination of the consultation without refund.
If a staff member feels unsafe for any reason, they are authorised to leave the property immediately and may refuse future bookings.
7. Children & Animals
Customers are responsible for supervising children during the consultation.
Pets must be secured where necessary to ensure staff safety.
8. Identification & Privacy
Customers may be required to provide valid photo identification at the time of booking.
All personal information collected is handled in accordance with privacy laws and used solely for service delivery and record keeping.
9. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made with reasonable notice (24 hours).
Late cancellations or failure to provide access may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the consultation fee.
10. Liability
All Green Nursery provides advice based on professional experience; however, plant health can be influenced by factors beyond our control.
All Green Nursery is not liable for plant loss, damage, or outcomes resulting from conditions, maintenance, or actions taken after the consultation.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By proceeding with a booking, the customer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
