- We’ll text you a pick-up confirmation when your tree is ready.

1.     You’ll receive an order confirmation via email.

2.     We will follow up with a email/SMS including these questions, preferred Size (Small / Medium / Large), Access Notes (gate codes, parking, etc.), & Preferred Delivery Day Window from the last weekend in November (e.g., Thu–Sat windows).

3.     We’ll notify you when trees arrive and confirm your pick-up/delivery window.

When will trees be ready?

Typically late November/early December. We’ll confirm exact dates via email/SMS once the farm confirms harvest.

Can I choose a specific tree?

Pre-orders are allocated by size at pick-up/delivery. If you want to hand-select, visit in person on arrival days (stock permitting).

Do you remove the tree after Christmas?

We can offer a pick-up service at a cost please speak to a staff member for pricing.

What if my tree seems dry?

Re-cut 1–2 cm off the base and refill the stand immediately. Check daily water levels.

How do I keep my tree looking fresh?

Trim the base by cutting 2–3 cm off the trunk just before placing in water, water daily - don't let the stand run out of water, and put your tree up in a cool spot away from direct sun and heaters.

Terms & Conditions

- Natural Product: Each tree is unique; shape, fullness and colour vary.

- Sizing: Heights are approximate and subject to seasonal availability.

- Allocation: We allocate the closest match to your preferred size at collection/delivery.

- Freshly Cut: Once cut, trees cannot be returned or exchanged.

- Changes/Cancellations: Allowed up to 5 days before your confirmed collection/delivery window.

- Delivery: Ground-floor, front-door only (no internal placement or installations).

- Missed Delivery: If no one is home, we’ll leave it in a safe spot where possible; re-delivery fees may apply.

- Care Responsibility: Freshness depends on daily watering and proper placement (see tips below).

- Weather & Supply: Dates and availability may shift due to farm supply or weather. We’ll communicate promptly if so.
