You may soon notice LAND FOR SALE signage appearing at our Old Geelong Road site. We wanted to get on the front foot and let you know what this means.

 

The land is owned by a separate landlord/estate, and the current owner has made the decision to place the property on the market.

 

All Green the business is NOT for sale

and continues to operate as normal.

 

All Green will continue to operate from the site under a long-term lease arrangement, and the sale of the land does not change our day-to-day operations.

 

 

 

We know visible real estate signage can create questions, so we wanted our customers to hear the facts directly from us.
